I picked up my 2014 **** Lexus from your shop Friday evening.It was dark but I was happy to see no more white scratches on my car.The sweet employee even opened my gas tank and took off white tape. Next day at work and pouring rain I noticed my car was different. I tryed to call your office but it was 5.30 pm and you were closed. My HYBRID sign was never replaced!!!!I paid $1440.00 car which included scratched hybrid sign repaired. I have photos showing my Hybrid on car when I turned it in to your shop, now it is completely missing..I am sure this was a over sight but please replace my car back to normal, call me Monday so we can fix this problem..****-****-xxxx Dianna D
