****. The repair did not pass the final QA/QC inspection requiring repainting and extending the time in body shop. 2. When I picked up the car the exterior body and windows had lots of dust and water marks on the exterior of the car. I was told this was due to the fact it had rained. 3. The rear hubcap was not securely to the car correctly and it fell of as I drove the short distance home after picking up my car. 4. Although I was not at all at fault and the other driver’s insurance company conceded 100% liability they refused to pay for the repairs to my vehicle and Allstate - my insurance company - after telling me the day I dropped the car off repair that they would subrogate under my Allstate uninsured / underinsured policy and I would own nothing for the repair to my vehicle I was made to pay Toyota Of Dallas $400 for a deductible in order to pick up my car. I was told that Toyota of Dallas would help me recover the $400. 2 weeks has now passed and Toyota has failed to make me whole - from the delayed time to repair, to wash my car after repair and failure to re-install the hubcap properly causing it to fall off as I was driving the car the short distance home.

Fifi kept me updated - I didn’t have to call her to keep up with status. She called when she said she would.

Customer service was excellent, but I'm noticing a vibration when driving at approximately 70-75mph. It feels like the new tire/rim might not have been balanced properly, if at all?
