Kenny Kent collision center never fails! This was our families 3rd vehicle that needed repaired. Not one of the 3 vehicles needed a follow up. They were all done CORRECTLY this 1st time and to us that ranks you number ****!!! All staff was also very friendly and kept us updated on the status of our vehicle while in the shop! The lady who answered the phone had no idea what was going on on several different things. I was told it would be completed in **** day and it actually took 4. Noone kept me informed of the status.

As I stated on my survey I was very satisfied with the work. There was a small spot missed and I called about it and I was told to stop by and let them see it. I plan to do this. I have gotten compliments on how good my car looks. My family and some friends saw it before it was repaired. Thank you
