My vechile was taken in to be repaired. As I trusted trophy nissan would be the best location for this but was not satisfied. My front sensor stopped working when recieved. The lights on the tail light were put in wrong which cause me to get pulled over. So far the repair was not up to par of what I expected.

It was as stress free as possible. My SUV looks perfect. So far everything is good. I wish I could have gotten a small SUV from Enterprise up instead of the Camry but that wasn’t your fault.

Was not kept updated on repair progress. I got two phone calls: one at the beginning and one at the end. A phone call somewhere in between or even a status report halfway through would have been extremely helpful. But then - maybe I expected too much. I know you have other clients and have other things to do besides call me. But a phone call midway would have been nice. I did call towards the end and was told car would be ready early part of the next week. It was not. It took an additional two days. Frustration!
