I am completely unsatisfied! This is not the first time I have been dissatisfied with CarStar. My car has been to this business twice and each time I’ve had to take it back to get repaired. My panel on my door is still not fixed and I got my car out the shop Friday only to notice my hood will not remain shut so I have rode around all weekend with an opened hood. I am furious and will be there first thing in the morning. This is ridiculous and an inconvenience. I will not return if my vehicle has damage again and I will not recommend CarStar to anyone!

The Tahoe looks great, only **** problem and they are going to correct Monday morning. Just an electrical problem. No biggie. Rodney was helpful the whole way.

I waited to respond to this because I wanted to make sure everything was good on the vehicle, with long and short drives. I appreciate being kept up-to-date. The workers were even considerate about the sacrifice of my bumper stickers, and salvaged one for me. My only complaint is that a bolt was lost off of my license plate, so now I have to figure out the size of it and buy a new one. That is all. I appreciate the work you did. My car was left in better condition (for the most part) than it was before my accident!

Employees were very nice and helpful. I really appreciated Sandy going out of his way to take me back to work when Enterprise did not have a vehicle for me there and for making sure that Enterprise would have a rental car brought to me by the time I got off of work. I was kept updated while my car was being repaired and I was very pleased with the repairs of my car. It looks great! Thanks to all!
