After being delayed due to the wrong bumper being ordered and having to keep the rental vehicle longer, I was able to pick up my car. Nobody goes over anything with me and says sign this form and here’s your keys, you car is parked out front there. After a quick look, I signed form and drove away. Upon further inspection at home there are some areas on the rear bumper where the paint didn’t blend right or may not have covered well. Shop says I have lifetime warranty with them on the repair work but what a hassle to have to schedule to bring the car back in and have bumper repainted. Apparently there is no quality control or quality assurance being done at the repair center. I’m not a body or paint specialist and I can see the paint mistakes. On a positive note, the bumper is correct for the vehicle and fits well so that was made right and caught. This was a simple rear end repair to replace bumper and paint without any frame or structural damage. I wouldn’t want to think about this business doing any major repair work. At some point I’ll have to have car back there though to have the bumper repainted and more interruptions in my busy schedule.

The entire process was seamless. The only critique I have is that I received a text telling me the vehicle was about ready for pick up and that I would receive a call but I didn't get it. I called a few hours later and was told I could pick up my vehicle. So the text message didn't quite come true but I was still very satisfied with the service.
