Got repairs completed early. Followed up quickly on unresolved mechanical issues resulting from collision with kamikaze deer.
Varsity Ford Collision and especially Jeremy Ortwine and Amanda were absolutely wonderful! Initially they were so kind and understanding when we brought my Lincoln MKZ in. Jeremy took care of all the correspondence with Farmer's Insurance and Amanda kept in touch with me to keep me apprised of the progress of my car repair. Today, the Varsity Ford Courtesy car (that I've had for the past two weeks) got a flat tire. Amanda sent a tow truck to pick up the car and made sure my car was finished. I got to pick it up a day early. I would highly recommend Varsity Ford Collision - you have been fabuous!
There was a ding with the paint chipped off, I'm sure there was a picture taken of it. I got the car back with the ding still there, painted over.
Took a bit longer but not surprising with body shop work.
Vehicle was ready when promised, it came out cleaner than when it went in and I will not know about the repairs until it weathers for a couple months. Currently looks great. Many thanks to the team.

everyone was very helpful and the workmanship was excellent.
We weren't notified in a timely manner when there was going to be a delay. We had to call for the status. It was delayed an extra 15 days.
The pick up date was postponed 3 times and 10days in all. Very bad experience.
I had several issues from the start. All of them were resolved to my satisfaction and it was clear that Steve was committed to getting everything right. It just would have been nice to have not had the issues in the first place.
