The car was fixed before it was estimated time-wise, which was great. They were very courteous at all times, and professional. Scernio's even did a wonderful detail cleaning of my car inside and out. I would definitely use Scernio's again, if need be. And I will happily recommend them to anyone looking for a good repair shop.

When I picked it up the paint and bumper we're all very nice **** there was still an obvious indent in the fender. I went ahead and took the car home as I thought my eyes might be playing tricks on me in the dark. Over the weekend every time I looked at it I could tell there was still an indent that needed to be fixed I brought it in on Tuesday to show them. The man that came out to look at it said it must have been hit again since I picked it up. Rather than take responsibility for the fact that it didn't quite get prepared right he tried to accuse me of somehow damaging it and trying to bring it back to you. He tried explaining to me that they had logged 8 hours on repairing that fender and they couldn't have left it like that. He showed me pictures of the Bondo before painting and tried to tell me that the dent was right where the Bondo is done. I looked at the pictures went back out and looked at the van where the indent is went back and looked at the pictures and the intent is not where the Bondo was done. I can understand the oversight and not seeing the indent but I do not appreciate being told that it must have been hit since I picked the car up. I noticed it the nights that I picked it up but all of the lines matched up and I thought perhaps I just wasn't looking at it right in the dark. I assumed you were closed until Tuesday because of the New Year's holiday so I brought it in on Tuesday morning

My truck looks great, I hope it sounds great when I drive it.. Everyone was nice. The gentleman that first came out with the jump box to start my truck as soon as I said I brought a new battery to put in the truck he left so fast without asking me did I have tools to put it in, I thought that was kinda weird,,, that's when I came back inside and the wonderful clerk sent someone out to help me... But you know what? now that I think about it.. it probably wasn't the first man job to change batteries. But I must say sergio's is the best. Thanks for everything.

It was great working with Stenio's. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was kept up to date with my vehicles progress and was able to get my vehicle back in a timely manner.

All I want to say is thank you to the entire staff starting from the office. They made the transition really simple and were most helpful. Car was dirty inside and outside when I picked up the car. Also when my car got pushed up against the car in front during the collision, there were some dents in the front bumper that were not fixed.

Not only was I satisfied with the repairs to my car I am very delighted at the professionalism and knowledge shown by your staff. The ladies in the office went above and beyond their duties to help me in a way that I can only give glowing complements for.
