That's the name we adopted in 2010 for the entire Farmers Claims organization which serves our Farmers, Foremost, 21st Century, Bristol West and Zurich Small Business1 customers.
As a customer, you probably associate your coverage with the company name printed on your policy. We hope our new name helps reassure you that you’ll be assisted by reliable and knowledgeable insurance professionals within the Farmers Claims organization – whichever brand you have purchased.
So, when you call one of our HelpPoint Claim Services call centers, our greeting will typically be in brand. When you contact a local Claims office, or a claims representative who serves policyholders from more than one of our brands, you’ll be greeted with "Thank you for calling HelpPoint Claim Services."
You may see our new HelpPoint Claim Services name and logo on various marketing materials, including our business cards, branded shirts and company cars.
But, whatever name you know us by, you can be sure that:
