Our innovative Crashbusters® adjusters will come to your home, office, or most anywhere in Massachusetts or Connecticut to appraise the damage. Our adjusters can often issue you a check on the spot! Or, you may choose our Door to Door Valet Claim Service® and we’ll do the work for you. If you select a Plymouth Rock Door-to-Door® or referral repair shop, we’ll guarantee the repairs to your vehicle for as long as you own or lease your car, so you don’t have to worry.

Crashbusters - We bring appraisers to you! And, usually issue a check on the spot!
Our Crashbusters vans bring our appraisers directly to your vehicle to assess the damage. In most cases, they issue a check on the spot. You can then take your car to your choice of repair shops, including our referral shops. A great option to meet your busy lifestyle — especially if you'd prefer a fast claims settlement.
Door to Door Valet Claim Service - We do all the work for you!
With our Door to Door Valet Claim Service, you don't have to leave your home or office to get your car fixed. We do all the work for you. Here's how it works:
- We pick up your damaged vehicle and have it towed to the Door-to-Door® auto repair shop of your choice.
- If you have substitute transportation coverage, we provide you with a rental vehicle at a location convenient to you.
- When your vehicle is repaired, we deliver it to your home or office and arrange for return of the rental.
We do it all for you, from start to finish. In addition, the repair work is guaranteed for as long as you own or lease your car.
The Plymouth Rock Repair Guarantee
If you choose to have covered repairs made at a Plymouth Rock referral repair shop, Plymouth Rock will guarantee the quality and workmanship of the repairs for as long as your own or lease the vehicle.
Under this Guarantee, Plymouth Rock will arrange for the correction of any covered repair that fails to meet generally accepted industry standards for form, fit, finish, durability and functionality.
The Guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper maintenance, neglect, abuse or subsequent accident. It also does not apply to any work on the covered repair performed by anyone other than a referral repair shop.
