When you’re in need of auto repair services, the choice is yours. However, if you have not selected a body shop or glass repair facility, please consider two American Family Insurance programs that save you time and provide a workmanship guarantee.

Certified Repair Program

With American Family's Certified Repair Program (CRP), you select a pre-qualified auto repair facility and we take care of the rest.

What are the benefits of selecting a CRP shop?

Repairs have a lifetime workmanship guarantee backed by American Family.

Because of our direct relationship with these shops, repairs can begin sooner than at non-CRP facilities.

There's no need for you to get multiple estimates.

The bill (minus deductible) is sent directly to American Family.

Our CRP shops meet the highest standards for repairs and customer service.

Paying for your repairs out of pocket?

We’ve asked our CRP shops to charge our customers paying out of pocket the same labor rates American Family pays. Ask your claims representative or agent to find a shop near you, or locate one online, and you’ll have peace of mind knowing you’re being charged a fair price.

Note: If you are a body shop interested in participating in the American Family Certified Repair Program, please complete our contact form.
