Accident Management Center (AMC)

The Accident Management Center (AMC) provides GSA Fleet’s customer agencies and vehicle drivers with one-stop service for reporting accidents and incidents, coordinating vehicle repairs, and initiating third party claims.

The goals of the AMC are to:

  • Provide helpful and courteous service to our customers and vendors.
  • Obtain quality and timely repairs.
  • Minimize expenditures through estimate evaluations and effective negotiations using our qualified vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with contracting regulations.


 Where should I repair my GSA vehicle?

You should contact the AMC by calling (866) 400-0411, and select option 2. One of our specialists will refer you to an approved commercial vendor.
