Pacific Collision Centers and Elite Group Collision Centers announce merger and a new brand.

Fullerton, CA—July 9, 2014—Pacific Collision Centers and Elite Group Collision Centers announced today that the merger between these two multi-shop operations has successfully completed and will now be re-branded as Pacific Elite Collision Centers starting officially on February 4, 2014 bringing the total number of locations to fourteen.

The auto body repair industry experienced a great deal of consolidation over the last decade resulting in the rise of national auto body repair chains with hundreds of stores across many states. For twenty years, business partners Mike Salyards and Tim Mullahey have been creating an alternative to the big chain body shop by building a network of body shops that deliver the same type of customer focus and attention that is characteristic of smaller body shops, yet maintaining the convenience, efficiencies and operations team often found in larger chains.

Joining forces with Pacific Collision Centers CEO, Steve Vettel, brings a valued operations team into the company and executes the unified vision of all partners to build a company that consistently delivers legendary service.

With this new growth, also comes a new name, Pacific Elite Collision Centers. The new name and new brand will be consistent among all 14 shops and will eliminate redundancies in branding and marketing efforts. The new brand will also make it easier for insurance partners and customers to identify locations among the four different counties: Orange County, LA County, San Diego County and Riverside County. A new website accompanies the re-branding and can be found at www.pacificelite.com
