When a customer inform what going on there car not just wrote down info but never take a look put a side. When you change new technical analyst please make sure that person aware what going. When a customer questions what going make sure you get the answer not just I don't know or pass on to other, a customer call for concern there car left message barely see response back. Barely to call customer inform what going on. I have a very hard time contact your technical analyst. There is no rental free service, no discount for deductible, car after picking up not that clean. Sorry, I don't expect to come back. 1st day was very impressed after I drop my car is the time I felt no more trusting the service too frustrated dealing with your technical analyst. Only one technical find work ok.

The original problem was fixed, but i did find some new damage when i picked up my vehicle. i went inside and talked to the Beautiful girl behind the counter and she had the guy come out and look. he was very professional and apologetic, he ordered the damaged part and will call me when it gets in.
I was a mechanic for 10 years, and i know sometimes things like this happen. its no big deal, im glad he acted fast on it. and if i ever need any work done in the future i will probably be coming back to you.
