Repair was great but noticed something that looks like water damage and a small ding on driver door, which were not there before.

The spotty communication about the date when the car would be ready was frustrating as it caused us to return our rental car in anticipation of getting our car back on December 26. Four days the tracking website for elite continue to show the 26th as the date when the car would be ready leading us to wonderWhen the car would be ready and causing us to have to to go get a second rental car in a pinch. I would appreciate more proactive and accurate communication next time please
