my insurance company just sent me a message of a claim that jim and jacks expressly said they would pay for - damage that occurred while my car was in jim and jacks possession. when i picked up my car, jim and jacks assured me again it would not be sent to my insurance company. but it was.

The car repair looks good but the piano black trim on the center console has some overspray on it. In addition, the most disturbing thing I found seems to be on the passenger side front wheel. There is a rash on the wheel and it looks like it was filled in with a sharpie. Our car is garaged and goes in parking lots not next to a curb and we would surely have remembered this incident. The fact that the damage was colored in and I know I would have detected it previously almost surely suggests that it happened at the repair shop.
