Everything was awesome except that not all work requested was done. Sounded like it was communication breach between Pete and insurance company. However, I feel that I should have been contacted instead of having to deal with a second round of repairs. Just FYI, the girls running your office are incredible and a huge asset to your company!!

I was pleasantly surprised when I got my car back to see it had been washed and cleaned outside and in. It was very much appreciated. The stuff on the inside was a little spotty over my wheel and doors like product had been left but other than that everything was great. Thanks for getting it done so quick :)

I am thoroughly impressed by the wonderful job that you did! Absolutely amazing... Today (4/3/15) is sunny and after picking the car up, when we got home we parked it in the driveway in direct sunlight. The family came out and with all the different angles of reflection from the sun everyone was looking at it and trying to find even the slightest hint of where the rear quarter panel had been cut out and replaced. None of us could tell any difference from what the vehicle looked like when it was brand new (which by the way was only 2 months ago). Excellent job to all at Able Body Shop. Ables customer service was great! Pete and Andre were also very helpful in assisting me in any questions or concerns I had about my vehicle and its repairs. My car came out clean, fresh, and smelling amazing. They really blew my expectations and had me happier than I have ever been. The body work on my vehicle was great and I greatly appreciate the text alerts, it is nice to keep updated by and honest company. I only have one concern. The cleaning of the inside of my vehicle could have had a bit more attention to detail. The windows had a thick film from the cleaner and there were multiple spots left by excess cleaner not properly wiped up throughout the front seats. The steering wheel also had excess cleaner left behind leaving a stickiness. Don't get me wrong I appreciate the cleaning, I would just suggest more attention to the process.
