Able body shop is the best in anchorage. Myself or my family will never have work done by any other shop ever again. the best part is I was treated as if I was the one paying for it not like a second class citizen. I have had work done by Chaz (which was crap) and Fix Auto.

They strung me along for 2 months, promising 3 different dates and I had to hire an insurance consultant to investigate and then they totaled my car. They boarded up the side of the car in 0 degree weather before I got all my belongings out of the car. Worst experience with a body shop in my 62 years of life.

Each time I've utilized Able something isn't done properly. Two other times I returned and had Able correct the issue, which they pleasantly did, but this time it was just quicker to repair the concern myself. The three concerns seemed quite apparent to me, and I'm a nurse not an auto tech guy, so it makes me wonder if quality control measures are in place.
