Job well done in a very timely manner. Only thing I have a problem with is the rental return process. No one even looked at the vehicle and signed off on it's return condition, like I had to inspect it and sign before driving.

I was made to wait through 4 attempts by the receptionist to call on the radio for someone to bring my car around so I could leave. As it was, I was made late to KY next appointment. Twice, I can understand. Four is not acceptable. In all, I waited more than 20 minutes.

Car looks good. Geico rep never returned calls to update me on the repairs. Also did not get my license plate holder from Jim Ellis Chevrolet. Rep was gone when I picked car up today. Trunk does not close on first try.

Rashon really helped to make a difficult and upsetting situation much better. Everything was arranged through geico and things could not have run more smoothly. Rashid was attentive, detailed, and prompt. He kept me up to date with calls and text messages. My car was ready when promised and he reviewed all the work with me against the estimate. It's beautiful work and much appreciated. I hope I don't need them again but will gladly return for help if I do.
