When I was first called, to inform me that my truck was ready, I was surprised to see that the right front turn signal assembly wasn't repaired. This was a part of the original walk-through with the adjuster. As a result, I was forced to keep the rental an additional day which incurred more gas usage and another day's insurance charge on the rental. When I did pick up my truck, I noticed that only one for light had been replaced. Open asking why that was, I was told that you we instructed to replace items that were within the damaged area. If that was the case, why weren't both fog lights replaced since they were both "within the damaged area"? I absolutely will not allow my vehicle to be worked on again at his establishment. I'm totally dissatisfied with this. I didn't even receive ANY kind of apology about this issue. I'll be reporting this issue to Geico as well!!!!

It took over 2 weeks to fix a simple grill and bumper accident. The dealership who provides the parts kept sending the wrong parts and was slow to help. Fortunately Juan was on top of the situation and went directly to the dealership to pick up the parts for me. Once I was shown the reload, the hood and grill did not align and I had to wait another 20 minutes for them to take it back and fix it. Why would they not notice and fix it before thing to send me home with it that way? It also looks like they attempted to clean my car but the inside had water marks all over the place where they had tried to wipe.

I was told many times throughout the process—from scheduling the first appointment, to getting the rental, to turning everything in on the last day—that I would owe nothing, and that geico would cover all of my costs. Thatt’s really why I agreed to get a rental. However, one day later, Cubbage called me to tell me I actually did have to pay for part of the rental and repairs. I wouldn’t have gotten a rental if I knew I would be paying for it—after being told so many times that I wouldn’t have to pay for it, I decided to go for it. Very unprofessional.
