The whole process was handled very well. Updates were sent so I knew what was going on. When an issue came up after the original repair, they took time to fix it as well. Cleaning out my car was a nasty mess. I realize it was winter and you cannot control the weather, but due to logistics I left a large bag of bird seed in the trunk. Without the keys I could not get a CD out. When I brought my car in I thought it was for a repair and had no ideal it would be totaled. My car was always a mess, unlike some so other things were left behind too. I realize it was in the car graveyard, but it would have been nice to know my insurance was paying rent daily. I did take my time getting there...I was never planning on purchasing another car so I was upset about this whole situation. It would have been nice to have it located in an area not muddy and snowy. I did call the office and they sent a fellow out to remove my back license plate and open the car to get CD. Thank you.

Higgins is always very helpful and responsive when we've had to use them. This time was no different. It took 6 mnths for one of our parts to get in and they still kept us updated on the status of the part. Once they recieved the part they were able to get our repairs done quickly and gave us constant updates so that we knew exactly when our car would be done. I love these guys!
