Repairs did take a long time--one week longer than he originally estimated (3 weeks total) and no calls from staff for any updates. I had to call myself. Staff answering phones were really nice and helpful though and everyone I did speak with were also nice and helpful as well. GREAT job on the body work and detailing, thank you.

I was told by State Farm that my car would be vacuumed after it was repaired. It was not so I asked if they could and the guy said no problem and they pulled it back in and vacuumed it and I realized when I got home, that only the front floor was vacuumed. Not next to the seats or the back at all. Maybe you should tell State Farm that that is not something Heppners does. The repair looks great and didn't take long, but I guess I expected a better job on the vacuuming since State Farm said it would be done and emphasized it. Like I said, the actual repair was good and quick.
