I was very satisfied with the repair on my CTS. I enjoyed the updates I got over the course of the week it was being repaired. Everyone was very friendly. If I gave out gold stars Ron Daniels would get a couple :-)

Omg there are too many complaints , Marcus has a cocky attitude. Customer service follow up and communication is terrible all I received was texts , they tried to tell me to come get my car told me to get the part from the dealer that was left to fix instead a different problem came up in addition to that , so much for your quality inspector who apparently inspected car when it wasn't complete. I think your getting parts from the slow boat from china what should have been a simple repair compared to a car with more damage took forever! With several delays I will never use vandergriff again

Disappointed with delivery ills dusty car with grease smudges an body parts. Bmw has u beat because they hand was cars and are gleaming when customer picks it up. Very impressive.
