U can't completely satisfy me with my experience. I will never go back to carruba again. Neither will any of my friends, family, or any town of tonawanda employee. Between my experience and the town parks truck p17. On 7/25 I was told I'd get truck back on 8/7. Truck never moved out of spot till 8/6. Update 8/7 to 8/9. 8/9 update to 8/14. Ordered wrong bumper. That's about ****/2 the reasons I will never go back

I approached the back of the "repaired rear of the vehicle" to see the license plate light dangling by its wires. An obvious repair need, not noticed by the claim adjuster nor anyone at carubba, but presented to me as completed work leaves much to be desired. If something obvious is overlooked, how can anything requiring a concerted eye by trusted to have been recognized as a need, nor properly repaired? They made two repairs while I waited for a vehicle at 5 pm that you told me was ready at 9am! Is your time valued so little to be so disrespectful for mine?
