Took way too long. Didn't seem to realize I had even dropped off the vehicle multiple times. Didn't really keep me in the loop it seemed like. Was not the first time I had used you. Had a great experience the first time. This time was the worst.

There were 8 things that were not fixed correctly, after picking up the car had to have it towed because it lost all coolant and the engine got extremely hot. They had the car from 9/13/21 until we were able to get it on 10/21/21. Am wondering what else was not fixed correctly that I could not see. Before they release the vehicle back to the owner(s), they need to go over it with a fine tooth comb and make sure everything is fixed correct.y
