Gary was awesome, up front, quick on getting parts ordered, etc... I called my claim in at the shop, and before I left Gary had everything moving after getting the claim. (Monday and picked it up on Friday).. I worked with Gary before and he always raises the bar on customer satisfaction.

My car was very clean inside and out, I didn’t expect the interior to be so clean. Completion date extended three times. Initial estimate was 22 days, but it took 43 days to complete repairs without a real good explanation for the delays. Production Manager should have provided a more accurate time estimate, or offered an update personally. Joel was great, but there's not much he can do. TBS did absorb the $100 deductible and pay for a few days car rental to compensate.the exterior repairs look good, but after the repairs, I found: front passenger seat is stained; cigarette butts and large spot of ugly white residue left in truck bed.
