The staff were very friendly and helpful. They took care of me upon arrival. My issue is with the work that they had to contract out for my tail light cover. The color was completely different than the other one that was not damaged. Sunbeam has assured me this would be resolved at no additional cost to me. I am just frustrated the contracted person did not notice the obvious difference

Took too long. Time table kept changing. Was told that delay due to other shops closing. Why should my car be lower priority than cars coming from other shops? Inexcusable and won't happen again. So much for "express service".
