From the very first day, Gracie was incredibly professional/friendly/helpful. I left very pleased with the professionalism even though I arrived thinking that the office wasn't as nice as the other shops in town.
As I had questions, they were answered in a very professional tone and method despite me calling in or having questions on site. The gentleman that helped me (Greg I think) when I dropped off the car was very knowledgeable (I am too so I appreciate his honesty and thoroughness) on exactly what steps the car would undergo during the repair. He was also extremely professional and friendly as well.
When I picked up my car the team carried the same aforementioned traits all the way through. The driver was also excellent.
All in all, I am extremely happy with the price, the quality (so far), the professionalism, the charisma, and the shop overall. This was now the most expensive shop but yet the best qualified in my opinion. I will be returning. (My black bumper seems to like to get scratched up for some reason).
