The repair shop was awesome from the manager Scott down. The use of a loaner vehicle was great as well no where else would you get as nice of a loaner vehicle. The front desk customer service however could use a little help the one gentleman we dealt with was not up to par with what you would expect from a Vern **** Customer Experience.

It was a wonderful experience all the way around. They kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle and I had a loaner vehicle that was identical to my own vehicle. That allowed me to not miss my car "being in the shop" at all! The staff are professional, courteous and accommodating. I even had to go back and retrieve an item from my van mid way through the repair and they were very helpful in allowing me to do so. I am very happy with our experience.

they are identifying me (Patricia Brierly) as Sanford. It was my car the valet at Sanford Hospital that did the damage. Don't know if this makes a difference but happy to have my car back and glad they gave me a car to use.

If you was going to wash your car you should take all the bugs off though otherwise the paint job and the repairs were excellent
