I received Excellent customer service and superior body work on my car. The staff at the former JayBee now Gerber goes out of their way to help you. I liked receiving the text messages to let me know where they were with the repair. Though I was there due to someone hitting my car the staff at Gerber made the experience less traumatic and worked with me in all aspects of the repair. Bob throughly explained the process and Chris was great about dealing with the insurance company, setting up rides for me and a rental car.
I always went to JayBee and now knowing the staff is the same I will continue to go there. I have already recommended Gerber to one of my friends! Keep up the excellent work and customer service.

Inaccurate estimate was given even though a walk around was done on 2 separate occasions with myself and the estimator. The repairs were pointed out on both occasions. The estimator took photographs and circled the damage with marker. The day of repair he calls to tell me it will be an additional $400 something for a lower scratch he forgot to figure in the estimate. But he then sent an email later stating because of his goof up he would knock the price down to $233.47. None the less my opinion the situation was handled poorly an if I didn’t already have my rental car at that time I would have taken my business elsewhere. My full review will be on google in the next few days. Thank you.
