everything was okay except the communication was horrendous no calls or updates for almost two weeks , I think it was more the girls who answer phone ,they were rude had no answers or if they did it was wrong ,one girl was so rude she couldn't get rid of me fast enough didn't want to answer my questions so she transferred me to somebody that wasn't in when I called back she wouldn't answer ,so your customer service failed for me .
