The repairs were completed without a hitch and the workmanship appears to be top shelf. There was one small issue with the detailing work where someone in the shop while cleaning up the interior put some kind of cleaner on the speedometer plastic that totally discolored and fogged the finish on the clear plastic...when the light hit it, you could hardly see through it. However, Signature manager was very professional and was able to get it cleared it up with some fine rubbing compound. It appears to be fine so far. Hopefully, it won’t fog up again.

Aside from being in an accident to begin with, my experience with your center was extremely pleasant. The staff was friendly, efficient and professional. The initial vehicle examination was thorough as well as rapid. The repair was finished before the estimated due date. I was never inconvenienced. The Signature staff worked seamlessly with the Geico representative as well as the Enterprise car rental rep. to make my overall experience an excellent one. It's refreshing to find an establishment where customer service is still a priority.
