No other comment to make other than the excellent repair work performed on my vehicle by the body shop. They were totally profession, kept me informed through the whole repair process, and were always pleasant in all my conversations with the personnel. Again, the repair work was excellent.

The repair work was well done as far as I could tell however the length of time it took to repair was very long. My car was there for nearly a month and while I was updated on the progress I had several completion dates that were not met. Finally when I went to pick it up the cashier didn't have my entire file and asked me to pay my deductible and the person who hit me was covering the deductible. I waited for her to try and reach someone and when she did they didn't remember my file or what should be done so luckily she let me take the car but said I may have to come back for paperwork. The whole experience was confusing. I don't need anyone to call me but it seems as though a little more organization would help. The staff was very nice through the whole process but a month is a long time to wait for a car.

Since i do not have my car back i would say i am not satisfied. I have been there twice to pick up my car and both times i have found scratches on my car that were said to be fixed.
