Hi. I am so impressed with Northfield Autobody. Oh my goodness. The service was impeccable. I had a rental car waiting. Great communication throughout the week. When I arrived to pick up my car it looked perfect. Wonderful job. I couldn't believe how clean it was. I was amazed that they had washed it and thoroughly cleaned and vacuumed the interior. My jaw was on the floor.

One thing that i thought that I didn’t think was appropriate was the estimator asking how much I received from the insurance settlement check. However, I am not knowledgeable in any auto repair businesses and this might be a common thing all repair shops ask. I am a consumer looking for a competitive estimate on the repair for a service and asking how much I received from the settlement check seems unethical. Again, I am not sure if this a common occurrence in this business Overall, I was satisfied with the repair and the prompt service I received. Employees are great at communicating with me to help me understand the process and what needs to be done. Car looks great, thanks!
