Coordinated all the details with my insurance company to include coordinating the rental car, etc. Made the experience very painless and the car looks great like nothing ever happened. I also wasn't expecting the car wash and they cleaned my interior car mats too. great service!!

This is the first time I have used Heppner's and they far exceeded my expectations. Not only did I pick up my perfectly repaired new cosmic blue honda civic but also got a very clean car. I was told by State Farm that my car would be vacuumed after it was repaired. It was not so I asked if they could and the guy said no problem and they pulled it back in and vacuumed it and I realized when I got home, that only the front floor was vacuumed. Not next to the seats or the back at all. Maybe you should tell State Farm that that is not something Heppners does. The repair looks great and didn't take long, but I guess I expected a better job on the vacuuming since State Farm said it would be done and emphasized it. Like I said, the actual repair was good and quick.
