I was completely satisfied with car craft service, as well as geico express and enterprise, the only thing, was the texts from car craft, i got a text saying my car is ready, I called on my way to find out it's gonna be ready after the weekend. Than on Monday I got a text saying that the car will be ready at 11am, and when I called I was told it won't be ready before 4pm.
That was confusing and didn't add to the experience.

Everyone was sincerely very nice; I was thoroughly informed about the process before, during and after the work was done. By the way- I liked being updated regularly by text message. The cost seems very reasonable.

I live in Rutherford and I only go to Car Kraft whenever I have an accident. Main reason is because they do great work and all I need to do is just trust them and leave the car. Having Enterprise and Geico adjuster in house is a major plus as well.
