I was very satisfied and pleased with the treatment we received from Lori and Mr. Sikes and appreciate the $50 discount we received on our deductible but upon returning home discovered that ALL fluid reservoirs were completely empty and the fluids had to be replaced and these were expenses we were not expecting or were prepared for.
