Max did an awesome job keeping me in the loop with what was going on with the repair. I don't know much about cars but he was able to dumb it down to the point where I could understand everything. Car looks better than it did when I first bought it. Free loaner was nice, no complaints about a free fusion to drive around for a couple days.

I think you should gt the contact information from the person who is getting services from you, not from the insurance policy. You may find it easier to get it from there but flooding my-email and calling my cell phone regarding the service does not do any purpose because I am not aware of the complete situation. It makes more complicated when I am out of town. It is your responsibility to have the right contact information.

The work seemed done well and the staff was nice. My only problem was that when I picked the car up, it was dirty and smelled like paint. I think this could be improved upon.

I made a request for certain repairs to be done on my car however, they were not done, although they were indicated on the final paperwork I received. I asked why they were not done, when I picked up my car; I was told I could talk to the Mechanic. I had requested to have the repairs done even if they were not covered by the insurance claim. My car was with you for 26 days. I still don't understand why the repairs were not done.
