Excellent customer service. Very friendly. Sebastian always updated me with the progress of my Lexus. Always. There was never a time when I didn't know the status of my car.. As far as timing when parts came in etc etc. Ashley was great. Wonderful customer service. Very friendly and always with a smile. It definitely made an awful experience with having to bring my car in to be repaired to a nice experience. I knew that day I left my car there to be fixed that everything would be fine. No worries. Geico agent stated that door was to be replaced, total bill about 2200. I paid my 500 deductible, met my obligation though the door was not replaced. Why was the full cost of replacing door charged to insurance when no door was replaced.

You could have communicated more information about how and how long the repair process would take. All I remember getting is getting the estimate and then the call/ email when it was done. Nothing in between. I stopped by to ask what was happening. It seemed that you should be the ones informing me first. Not me having to come and find out on my own.
