As part of my repair, my car needed a front end alignment. I was told by Cole if anything didn't feel right to call right away. I live about a mile from Gales and on the way home instantly noticed the car pulled to the right. I was very disappointed to get my car back, drive it and have the alignment not be correct. It seems that if the car would have been test driven this issue would have been caught and fixed. Now, I need to bring my car in, have it looked over, driven with someone in the car, determine if there is an issue and estsblish a plan. This is a huge waste of my time over something that I believe should have been caught and fixed before it was delivered. After I got home I looked closer at the repairs and noticed 3 dings/scratched on the body molding that goes around the window just above where the damage was fixed. My Silverado looked the same or better than the day I drove it from the dealership.
