My deductible was paid by me and my ins company. Wgeb When my car was returned to me my CD/radio doesn't work and it did when I dropped it off. It took twice as long to complete than I was originally told and there is something dangling from the under carriage that was not when I dropped the car off. I expect resolution of these problems asap

She greeted me with sincerity and made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. She was professional, warm, and very knowledgeable about my car concerns.
