During the repair experience, I had one relatively minor irritation. In the space of less than 24 hours, the estimated completion date changed by more than a week with no explanation. I like the idea of automated updates, but a little explanation when there is a big change would really add value. Otherwise, I am very pleased with the quality of the repair.
