The body work was excellent. Chris and Shep were very good. The only issue that I had was the ongoing communication was poor. I take it for granted that Tesla takes it time with parts and the the insurance company takes its time with assessment
But my direct contact is with Precision and they should be more communicative

Complete work closer to initial estimated timeline. If this is not possible, notify customer of reasons for delay and establish new estimated timeline. I was left to call and email multiple times to receive an updated timing and had to push hard to get the car back by a certain date. I was given a 5-7 business day estimate but did not receive the car for nearly **** month!
