Collision repairs at Scott's was a two-fold experience, initial contact, and then final product. I was aware of Scott's first class reputation, and had it confirmed on a personal level.
The quality of work is five star and I consider their technicians as artist.
Jack Sales was my initial contact and he provided the estimate. This may appear to be a mundane task, albeit from it. While waiting for my estimate, we were conversing about many subjects. When he learned my wife had just arrived home from knee replacement surgery, and that I was providing her 24/7 care, he offered to pick my car up at home for repairs so I did not have to leave her alone. That is exceptional service.
In closing, I experienced nothing short of exceptional, and personable service; and will always recommend Scott's. Every business should use Scott's as a business model if they wish to succeed.
