If I had one comment to make it would be: if someone in the office says they're going to call back in 2 hours or before 5:00, they should keep their word. I waited for a phone call that I was told would be a call back and never got it. Other than that, it's a very professional shop and I would recommend it to anyone that asks me.

This place was great! they were doing a redo on my BMW Convertible the car looks 100% better then the car star Espanas did it before. They had poor customer service and Poor workmanship with no attention to detail. They actually made my convertible leak and didn’t put in my windshield correctly, the paint job was rushed with overspray on the whole car and on my rims. However World Collision Car Star took great care of my car and after they were done the finish looked like glass class and they fixed all of the mistakes that the other shop made. I would recommend to anyone to go to this car star I don’t know about the other car star they just didn’t do a good job on my car.
