Yes they were very prompt,personal and faster than they said they would be. It only took 4 days from the start of the claim until I got a new tailgate.

We are very pleased with the appearance of the repair. We know the windshield was replaced, but somehow the windshield wiper assembly for both wipers was not reattached. We found them inside the vehicle. Do we need an appointment to have them reattached?
