I LOVED how Precision sent continuous updates of my car while it was in the process of being fixed. Also Mrs. Tracey, was wonderful with staying in touch and keeping up with insurance adjustments. Honestly, my overall experience was wonderful and I would reccommend Precision to ANYONE!It was nice having the ability to check in with the progress of the car without even having to call or make an appointment. Also, the pictures helped as well so that I was not just droping off my car and not hearing from anyone or seeing the car for weeks on end. I wish I had known about Precision sooner!
