When I went to pick up my car, it wouldn't start due to a dead battery. A rep did jump the battery and the car started but once home, the battery wouldn't keep the charge. The battery was old but it was working fine until the shop obviously ran it down so it could no longer be recharged. I had to purchase a new battery.
