Very professional and helpful, from phone to repair to pick up. There is a lovely, easy, accommodating culture in this business. I went out of my way to use MiCar for repairs and am so happy I did. Repairs are a nuisance, but they made the process extremely pleasant. I recommend ANYone in the Hampton Roads area to send any body work to this company, if your insurance allows.
