This is twice I've had to have my car repaired with Collision Center of Tulsa. My first time was filled with apprehension because of the horror stories of how car repairs never make the car like it was before the accident. I followed with caution to Collision Center of Tulsa where I met Kenny. Kenny repeatedly assured me they would make the repairs like show room new again. When I got into my car after it was done not only did my jaw drop open but I actually got a lump in my throat driving it because it was indeed like brand new. Then came a light rear end. Where does it go, back to Kenny where I knew I would be taken care of. Again, like show room new. Kenny even noticed a sand grain sized abrasion on the bumper, he immediately was dissatisfied. Not only did Kenny have repaired such a minor detail, but he then drove my car to me at work, took my rental and got my rental returned to the rental office. Communication with their auto texts is out of this world amazing giving daily updates on everything. I will always hand my business to Kenny and Collision Center of Tulsa and cannot even guess how many people I've told about my experience.

The process was completely painless from estimate to final delivery. My only complaint at all - is that whoever detailed my car interior cleaned out all my silver coins. It's not a huge loss maybe 5 - 7 dollars but, it's still theft. I haven't had a change to go through everything to see if anything else is missing but there is that likelihood. Again, theft is theft.
